With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Burns of Church Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on January 28, 2023 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert C Burns; his stepmother Janie Burns; his grandparents, Ruth Morelock, Charles and Fleeta Burns; his uncles, Albert Burns, James Burns, Charlie Burns and Wayne Lutz; and his cousin Greg Burns.

He is survived by: his wife Octa Burns; his children, Charles Wyatt Burns and Caitlin Williams (Landon); his granddaughters, Olivia and Addison Williams; his mother Sandy Burns; his mother-in-law Betty Bailey; his siblings, Bryan (Becky Burns), Richard Burns, Charlotte Beach, Amy Dykes, Lisa Martin, Trish McClain, Johnny and Micky McClain; his aunts and uncles, Iva, Linda, Trina, Barbara, Kathy, Jane, Rick, Glenn and Charles Keith; and his close friends, Joyce, Ronnie Simpson, Vicki, Larry Manis, Melissa and Marty Matthews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards the funeral.
