Gleaves, Justina Gleaves, Mary Grace Broadway (Melton), Evelyn Heffington, Calvin Faulk (Joan), Johnny Faulk (Cindy), Pat Hartman (John), Sam Faulk and Danny Faulk (Helen); her grandson Gage Smotherman; her siblings, Grant Smotherman, Griffin Smotherman, Colten Smotherman, Maleigh Boyd, Austin Smotherman, Kennedy DuBois, Maddox Moore, Emily Kasinger, Dawson Lapp and Kaysea Hunter; and her stepmother Lisa Gleaves. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
