He was predeceased by: his wife Ernestine Sanders Willbanks; his parents, Walter Willbanks and Hattie Forshee Willbanks; and his son Billy Ray Willbanks. He is survived by: his children, Carol Routt (Scott) and Ernest Willbanks (Holly); his grandchildren, Bruce, Dalton, Kaylie, Paige, Zoe, Spencer and Hunter; and his brother Alfred Willbanks (Darlene). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
