He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Hall; and his daughter Dr. Keyoda Hall Bookout. He is survived by: his daughter Kimitia Hall; his granddaughter Megan Bookout; his siblings, Brenda Kaye Jones, Judy Osborne and Curtis Hall; and his nieces and nephews, Troy Hooper, Renee Pflueger, Kim Lyles, Scott Osborne and Mark Osborne.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga or the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
