She was predeceased by: her husband E. J. Chandler; her parents, William Ling and Anna Tallent Ling; and her sisters, Anna Marie Swart, Ruth Cates and Lillian Steinmann.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Chandler (Lisa) and Teresa Manning (Richard). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
There will be an informal remembrance (with social distancing and masks) by her gravesite at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson, TN, at 11 AM on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
In lieu of flowers Willena requested for donations to be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Fund at Brainerd Baptist Church.
