He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Powell and Ina Powell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Powell; his daughters, Karen Walls (Jerry) and Lori Hughes (Mike); his granddaughters, Misty Smith (Joey), Courtney Ensminger (Clay), Jordan Hughes and Taylor Hughes; his great grandchildren, Raven Smith, Gracyn Smith and Olivia Evans; and his brother Gary Powell (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
