She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Broyles and Katherine Broyles; her husband Condon T. Smith; and her brother-in-law Herbert Reis of Louisville, KY.. She is survived by: her children, Linda (Smith), Danny Crutcher of Birmingham, AL, Tate and Kristi Smith of Phenix City, AL; her grandchildren, Katherine (Crutcher), Mike Motta of Philadelphia, PA, William, Allison Crutcher of Fort Stewart, GA and Benjamin Smith of Phenix City, AL; her great grandchildren, Zoey Motta and Caleb Motta of Philadelphia, PA.; and her siblings, Homer David Broyles (Jane) and Louise Broyles Reis of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials or contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Chattanooga.
