It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Bryan Bettis of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on October 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son Steve; his wife Vivian Bettis (Cook) of Chattanooga; his children, Owen Bettis and Olivia Bettis; his parents, Gail Bettis (Frank Kasher) and Shelton Bettis; his siblings, Scott Bettis and Kara Wimberley (Keith); his sister-in-law Julie Bohannon (Greg); his nieces, Grace Bettis, Lainee Bohannon, Lydia Bohannon and Ella Wimberley; and his nephew Knox Wimberley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Steve Bettis to "The Baylor School', a sacred place Steve held so dear. Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson (423) 531-3975.
