“Life can be so unfair. How can such a kind and caring individual pass away at 68 years of age? He made a difference for years. We played baseball together as children living in the Talley Terrace and Midwood Drive subdivision areas and he could always hit the ball unlike me over the fence. Such a good man. “Shelton was a blessing. He never cared about material things, only doing deeds that helped people was his main pleasure.. I can remember he befriended several older people, and he would take them to doctor's appointments and to the grocery store. He was always looking for ways to help others.
