She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fisk and Susie Fisk; and her siblings, Loren Fisk (Delores), Bunny Dobda (Eddie) and Ellen Oldre (Kermit).
She is survived by: her husband Donald H. Smith; her children, Mark Smith (Kim), Michael Smith, Cathy Gurgul and Michelle Fejes; her grandchildren, Kendra Gurgul (Elliot), Blake Gurgul, Danielle Gurgul (Eli), Alyssa Fejes, Spencer Smith, Carson Smith and Skylar Smith; and her great grandchild Beckham.
