She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Goforth and Margie Garton Baxendale. She is survived by: her husband Marion "Buddy" Perry; her children, Paul Perry (Margaret), Donnie Perry (Paige) and Amy Jenkins (Michael); and her siblings, Lester Baxendale and Judy Clark (Bob). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
