He is survived by: his wife Beverly Higgins Lewis; his daughters, Brook Wright (Bill) and Jennifer Mincey (Brian); his siblings, Charles Lewis (Carol), Wanda Bassham (Robert), Ann Lewis and Jane Adams (Rick); and his grandchildren, Weston Mincey, Tucker Mincey and Madeline Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
