He was predeceased by: his children, Jason Harold Lively and Melissa Kay Lively; and his parents, Wendell Harold and Laverne Ora Poe Lively. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Walker Lively; and his brothers, Gary W. Lively and Rick A. Lively. He is also survived by two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
