She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Blue and Lillie Mae Ramsey Blue. She is survived by: her children, LaRasha M. Holmes and Corey Smith; her siblings, LyTonya Blue and James Danny Blue of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her aunts and uncles, Sue Marsh of LaFayette, Charlesie Mae Barnes of Atlanta, Elaine Diamond of Cedartown, Georgia, John C. Ramsey of LaFayette and Robert Jones of Atlanta; and her grandchildren, Noah Collins, Allen Collins and Armon Collins of Chattanooga. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
