She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, T. O. Plyler and Cora Lee Plyler; her significant other Joe Anderson, Jr.; her children, Susan Karnes (Ron), Michael Anderson, David Anderson and Janet (John); her grandchildren, Keeley Bumgarner (Misty Sosebee), Sarah Bumgarner (Hillary Shutters), Joey Anderson, Andrea Anderson (Denny) and Sam (Keisha Gant); her great grandchildren, Gabe Anderson, Malyna Kennedy, Raelynn Kennedy, Macie Butler and Daleyn Evitt; and her siblings, Daniel Plyler of Wilmington, NC, Evelyn Brady of Gastonia, NC, Doris McManus of Charlotte, NC and Patricia Good of Hickory, NC. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Until the "pandemic", she was an active and faithful member of Red Bank United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Hospice of Chattanooga, a wonderful establishment that took amazing care of Frances in her final days.
