He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frances, Raymond Carruth, Johnny, Sr. and Wanda Millraney. He is survived by: his girlfriend Miranda Allison of Monteagle; his children, Kamarion, Paisley and Watson; his siblings, Jeremy Qualls, Lee Millraney (Tammy Sharpe), Christine Millraney (Michael), Austin Millraney (Heather) and Vanessa Millraney; and his parents, Johnny Millraney and Deborah Millraney.
