We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 103, Dorothy L. Richey of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Loggins and Lou Ella Loggins (Morton); her husband Wayne H Richey; and her siblings, Arthur Loggins, Lawrence Loggins, Frank Loggins, Gene Loggins, Joe Loggins Jr., Earl Ladd, Sneed Ladd, Gladys Good (Loggins), Ernestine Bishop (Loggins), Marie Bradford (Ladd) and Ruby Adcock (Ladd).

She is survived by: her siblings, Ira Loggins of Death Velley, CA, Woodrow Loggins of Wamic, OR and Sarah Plymesser (Loggins) of San Bernardino, CA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
