She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Killingsworth and Iris Killingsworth; her husband Newell Owen Wade; her daughter Janet M. Strange; and her brother J. D. Killingsworth.

She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Wade (Peggy) and Eddy Wade (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Robby Wade (Amber), Danny Wade (Tiffany), Randy Wade, Kira Gwaltney (Ian) and Brittany Hancock; and her sister Ruth Turner. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the National Kidney Foundation.
