She is survived by: her sister Rita; her children, David Matthew Johnson, Carla Griggs (Ray) and Michele Johnson (Marcia Hayes); her sister Betty Gist; her grandchildren, Ivy Brandon and Alona Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Kora and Kade Brandon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
