It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Phillips of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Roxanna Webb Phillips; his parents, Truman Phillips and Margaret Phillips; and his brother Danny Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela; his brothers, Richard Phillips (Bernice), Jack Phillips (Judy) and Mike Phillips (Gail); and his sister-in-law Brenda Phillips. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and several nephews.
