She is survived by: her parents, Kyle E. Johnson and Clearcy Johnson (McGinnis); her husband Dan Meadows; her children, Gabe, Kylie Shepherd and Alex Meadows; and her siblings, Renee Cole and Kenneth Harrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
