We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 94, Charles Cecil Baker (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Cecil Baker to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raleigh Otto Baker and Ruth Bickett Baker; his wife Elizabeth Baker; and his children, Chuck Baker (Cynthia), Debby Kailer (John) and Marsha Anderson (Bob).
