He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Keats; and his brothers, Steve and John Keates. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Foster (Dan) of Signal Mountain, Tony Keats (Jennifer Justus) of Nashville and Gretchen Tobol (Mark Warchoski) of Buffalo, NY; his stepdaughters, Wendy Elliott and Dena Brown (Steve); and his sisters, Leona Eckard and Linda Wilson (David). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
