He was predeceased by: his wife Freida Firmin Speer; and his parents, Paul Rudolph Speer and Margaret Lowe Speer. He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Hadden (Richard) of Chattanooga and Paula Watson (Carl) of Sale Creek; his brother John Warren Speer of Providence, RI; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hurst, Rachel Hadden and Preston Hadden. He is also survived by niece, nephews and extended family.
