He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Patterson; his wife Betty Davidson; his son Keith Davidson; and his siblings, JoAnn Sullivan, Patsy Carroll, Alice Bryant, Janie Petty, Cecil Davidson, Jr. and Billy Davidson.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Cari Davidson; his grandchildren, McKenzie Viau, Cailie Viau, Peyton Davidson and Jackson Davidson; and his sisters, Corene Allen and Lovie Jean Blocker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
