She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanwood Clayborn and Mary Simmons Clayborn; her siblings, Vilda Clayborn, Walter Clayborn, JC Clayborn, Wesley Clayborn, Dillard Clayborn, Lillie Ferguson, Earl Clayborn and Minnie Lou Clayborn; her children, Mary Beddingfield and Forrest Patrick Stewart, Jr.; and her nieces, Phyllis Koop and Beth Ann Clayborn.

She is survived by: her former husband Forrest Patrick Stewart; her sisters, Mary Ellen Humphrey and Doris Mae Wages (Harvey); her children, Michaele Phyliss Thorsby (Art) and Mitchell Lee Clayborn; her grandchildren, Heather Lee Thorsby (Jennifer), Benjamin Heinz Thorsby (Kimberly Kaye) and Mary Elizabeth Thorsby; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Max Thorsby, Hadley Kaye Thorsby, Lillian Lee Clayborn, Amelia Grey Clayborn and Brendyn Zackary Sythoff; and her nieces and nephews, James Ronald Clayborn, Gerald Anthony Humphreys, David Roger Humphreys III, Ronald Calvin Humphreys, Trey Wages, Audra Wages-Arnold, Toni Michelle Humphreys and Tabitha Humphreys.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Tennessee in lieu of flowers.
