She is survived by: her children, Andy Maddox (Teresa) and Lisa Maddox Baker (Wayne); her sister Patsy Graham (Reed); her grandchildren, Joshua Maddox (Ashley), Tyler Lampley and Katelyn Lampley; and her great grandchildren, Kaylyn Maddox, Bristol Maddox and Adley Maddox. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
