She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cherry and Doris Cherry (McLerran); her daughter Lenda Faye Cherry; and her siblings, Charlene Stanley, Jerlene York, Vida Kendall, David, Larry and Dillard Cherry.
She is survived by: her sons, Roy Cherry (Carol Sue) of Moss, TN and Troy Cherry; her sisters, Carol Short (Rex), Emma Dean Heimbuch (Mark), Lisa White (Johnny), Shirlene Trobaugh and Sue Atchley; her grandchildren, Casey Scott (Jonathan), Curt Cherry, Cena Jackson (AJ), Hannah Cherry (Nick Cox), Dillon Cherry (Constance) and Nick Cherry; and her close friends, Kenneth Arms and Austin Spivey. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
