He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pam Spivey of Celina, TN; his children, Austin Spivey, Jon Spivey and Kayla Spivey of Celina, TN; his mother Helen Spivey; his sister Opal Estep (Kenny) of Celina, TN; his grandchildren, Nolynn Spivey and Jackson Spivey; his aunts and uncles, Sue Dailey, Jean Allen (Johnny, Joyce Strong), Ruby McCollom, Dorothy Strong, Joe Felix Spivey (Nell) and Paul Kellow; and his close friends, Steve Bailey, Jerry Haynes and Dwight Key. He was also cherished by cousins, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.
