He is survived by: his children, Amanda Duke and Carl Duke (Brenda); his siblings, Elizabeth Duke Butler, Raymond Duke, Thelma Duke Perry (Clarence), David Duke (Annette) of Pensacola, James Duke (Sandra Green Duke) of Carthage, Linda Duke Sullivan of McMinnville, Lester Duke, Frankie Duke of Lebanon and Shirley Duke Rich (Tim) of Crossville; his grandchildren, Brittany Jenkins (Aaron), Destiny Dedmon (Colby), Cheyenne Duke (Chase Edwards), Jordan Duke (Kellie), Tamara Heflin, Tristen Mayhugh and Seth Mofield; his great grandchildren, Alliyah Dedmon, Briar Dedmon, Emmie Dedmon and Taryn Gillan; and the mother of his children Kathy Eudene Kelley Duke.
