He is survived by: his wife Savannah Starnes of Carthage, TN.; his children, Cynthia Mallory (Clement) of Carthage, TN, Tiffanie Starnes (Phillip Goodman) of Carthage, TN., Robert Starnes (Kelly) of Carthage, TN, Todd Starnes of Carthage, TN and Wayne Starnes of Carthage, TN.; and his grandchildren, Jerica Mallory, Walker Starnes, Tyler Mallory, Trinity Madewell, Savannah Goodman, Desire Goodman, Jackie Arnold, Jennifer Krause, Justin Starnes, Juipter Starnes, Thomas J. Starnes and Marcellus Starnes. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
