It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Knox of Carthage, Tennessee, who passed away on April 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Andria Brickman and Paul Michael Bailey; and her sisters, Maxine Lenora McLean Smith, Charlotte McClean Swann and Jeanette McLean Holman.
She is survived by: her grandson Patrick Bailey; her children, George Bailey (Julia) of Kannapolis, Kathy Bender (Harry) of Morristown and Bob Bailey (Sue) of Gaithersburg, Maryland; and her siblings, Geraldine Burton and Jim McLean. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
