She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Guffey and Sarah Elizabeth Reece Guffey; her siblings, Daura Jane Guffey Neal, Mary Frances Guffey Harville, Glenda Jean Guffey Bullington, Hugh Guffey and Jack Wayne Guffey; and her niece Barbara Sue Akers.
She is survived by: her niece Delores Neal of South Carthage; and her nephew William Guffey.
