He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bertie Frances Caruthers Dickerson of South Carthage and Rufus Duke; his brother Garland Dowell Duke; his stepfather Cecil Dickerson of South Carthage; his daughter Kimberly Duke Grisham (Debbie Franklin Taylor) of Carthage; his grandson Mason Grisham of Carthage; his siblings, Dorothy Duke Rush (Don) of Gainesboro and Radford Duke (Melissa) of Baxter; his stepbrother Roy "Teedo" Dickerson (Kita Kemp Dickerson) of South Carthage; and also, Derrick Brooks (Jennifer), Angie Fields and Justin Taylor (Tina). He was also cherished by One of three sons and a daughter.
