He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Thelma Jean Petty (Gibbs); his brother Tommy Petty (Becky); his sons, Albert (Cathy), Danny (Alix), Mark (Jamie) and Garland (Sally); his parents, Lloyd Petty and Martha Petty (Boles); and his brothers, Maxie and Bobby. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and two great grandsons.
