He is survived by: his wife Mandy Padgett; his children, Alyssa Padgett of Pleasant Shade, Ethan Padgett of Pleasant Shade and Audrey Padgett of Kempville; his stepchildren, Carley Foskey of Kempville and Gabe Foskey of Kempville; his parents, Kathleen Padgett of Dean Hill and Bob Padgett (Angela) of Kempville; and his sister Tiffany Cook (Darrell) of Lebanon.
