He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherry Morris; his children, Megan Wade (Ryan Fuller), Brayden Wade and Benjamin Wade; his grandchildren, Rylee Fuller, Allysen Ploutz, Anysten Ploutz and Molly Fuller; his brother Bobby Wade (JoAnne); and his nephew Bobby Wade.
