He is survived by: his wife Penny; his siblings, Linda Gregory Mosley (Ben), Joyce Gregory Branham of Lebanon, Edna Gregory Bolin, Mike Gregory (Teresa Baker Gregory) of Nashville and Ron Gregory (Marcie) of Springfield; his foster son Johnathan Fults; and his brother-in-law Rex Silcox.
