He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Frank Stafford and Willie Flossie Biggs Stafford; and his siblings, James Richard Stafford, Dora V. Stafford, Gladys Marie Stafford Fitts and Margaret Ann Stafford Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Stafford (Brad), Jeffrey Lee Stafford of Lebanon, Tammy Sue Stafford Willis of Murfreesboro and Misty Stafford Vantrease of Lebanon; and his siblings, Cora Stafford Dillard of Portland, Mable Stafford Mooneyhan of Bowling Green, Cathy Stafford of Hartsville and Willie Stafford (Debbie) of Westmoreland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchild; one great-great-grandchild.
