She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benton Lee Toney and Ruby Aline Price Toney; her siblings, Barbara Toney Lewis and Phillip Terry Toney; her great grandchild Savannah Smith; her husband Wesley; her children, Lynn Rigsby Skelley (Steve) of Murfreesboro, Amanda Rigsby Schafer of Lebanon, Paul Rigsby (Laura) of Nashville and Elder Scott Rigsby (Jennifer Johnson Rigsby); and her sister Beth Toney Fisher (Bob).
The Rigsby family requests memorials to the Russell Hill Upper Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
