He is survived by: his wife April DeMoss; his children, Isabelle DeMoss of Evansville and Gabriel DeMoss of Evansville; his parents, Mary Dzurko (Ronald) of South Carthage and Jay Carlton of Peoria, Illinois; his stepsons, Jeremiah Shrewsberry and Kaleb Bays; his brothers, Josh Dzurko of South Carthage, Ronnie DeMoss (Jessica) of Fort Dix, Branden Dzurko of South Carthage and Shaun Dzurko of South Carthage; his fiancée Amanda Jackson of South Carthage; and his partner's children, Edward, Kyla and Adyson Jackson.
