She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid Taylor Givens and Aria Dois Woodard Givens; her spouse Thomas Wilson Duncan; her sister Peggy Joyce Givens Watts; and her daughter Donna Carol McMillan.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Lou Givens Jackson (Thurman), Patricia Givens Grisham (Danny) and Patsy Givens of Carthage; and her children, Cheryl Calhoun (George) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Angela Strickland of Carthage, Connie Duncan of Murfreesboro, Penny Silcox of South Carthage and Steve McMillan of Carthage. She is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
