He is survived by: his son Ricky Sullins; his granddaughter Kristy Sullins Brown (Garry) of Cookeville; his great grandchildren, Olivia Brown of Cookeville, Abigail Brown of Cookeville and Dexter Brown of Cookeville; his close friend Brenda Tinin; his great grandchildren, Dixie and Harley Foster; and his sister Linda Sullins Bush (Aaron Sullins).
