It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Floyd (Carthage, Tennessee), who passed away on February 23, 2005, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Kent Terrell Floyd; and his siblings, Ray Floyd, Joann Floyd Powers and Wayne Floyd. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Pastor Mike Cantrell; his daughters, Carthage Mayor Sabra Hodge (Dan) of Carthage and Brittany Floyd Newport of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; his sisters, Jean Floyd Jones (Bill) of Columbus, Stella Floyd Starks (Wayne) of Columbus and Brenda Floyd Cantrell (Mike) of Milan, Indiana; his brother-in-law Vernon Powers (Milan) of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Katelyn Hodge Woodard (Chris) of Carthage, Tyler Hodge (Alissa) of Columbus, Hayden Newport of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, William Cade Newport of Tompkinsville, Kentucky and Brynn Newport of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Calvin, Isabella, Roselynn Hodge, Marilyn and Colton Woodard.

The Floyd family requests memorials be made to the Jordan Hackett Foundation.
