She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Allan Hatfield and Alta Culp Hatfield Stafford; her daughter Jackie Long Putty; and the father of her children Jerry Don Long. She is survived by: her daughter Claudine Long Fowler (David) of Sparta; her grandsons, Chris Woody (Sherry), Jared Fowler (Sunni) of Sparta and Anthony Putty (Chelsey) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; her close friend Brenda Fields of Baxter; and also Steve Farquia (Sarah) of Michigan.
