She is survived by: her close friends, Ruby, Frances, Judy and Sue; her children, Cindy Bush of Chestnut Mound and Jason Bush (Olivia Fulton Bush) of Elmwood; her grandchildren, Logan Dickens (Meghan) of Lebanon, Hayden Bush of Elmwood and Cambell Bush of Elmwood; her siblings, Vickie Petty (Gary) of Chestnut Mound and Jimmy Apple (Judith Anderson Apple) of Chestnut Mound; and her nieces and nephews, Jo Sponaugle and Barbie Apple.
The Bush family requested memorials to the Easton Goad Foundation or the Jordan Hackett Foundation.
