He is survived by: his parents, Valerie Carver (Pat) of Carthage and Andrew Gibbs of Lompoc, California; his siblings, Nevaeh West of Gordonsville, Jamin Malone (Brittany) of South Carthage and Benjamin Savage of Brush Creek; his daughter Inessa Rose Gibbs of Nashville; his grandmothers, June Ballinger of Carthage and Vickey Gibbs of Carthage; his nieces, Kaylee Davis and Kimani Malone; and his nephew Kannan Malone.

The family has requested memorials to the Smith County Humane Society.
