It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scarlet Faye Laws (Butler, Tennessee), who passed away on July 1, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pierce and Myrtle Reece Phillips; her husband Orville Tommy Laws; and her daughters, Mary Ruth Thomas and Jewel 'Judy' Laws.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Campbell (David) of Butler, TN, Darlene Howard of Mountain City, TN and Charles Edward Laws (Sue) of Butler, TN; her sisters, Bonnie Dunbar and Nell Crawford; her grandson Ricky Laws; and her niece Emma Jean Hampton.
