She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Allen; her husband Henry Lowe; her children, Cardwell Hodge, Clyde Hodge and Rita Lowe Stephens; her siblings, Chloe Lipford, Vernell Cable Boling, Frances Courtner, Paul Courtner, Howard Courtner and Earl Courtner; and also Griffin.
She is survived by: her parent Mattie Mae Neatherly Courtner; her children, Nioka Lowe Markland (David) and Michael Allen Lowe; her granddaughter Stephanie White Campbell; her great grandchildren, Savannah Riley of Taylors, SC. and Alexandria Marie Campbell of Taylors, SC.; her stepdaughter Helen Renfro (Gene); her stepgrandson Gene Renfro (Katie); her niece Carolyn Wood; her child Faris Road; and also, Concord, Jean Osborne and Jennifer Hughes.
