He is survived by: his mother Sue Whitehead of Butler, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Matthew Whitehead of Butler, Brian (Suzanne Whitehead), Susie Wilson of Butler, Jane Love of Elizabethton and Joyce (Warren Estep Jr.). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
